Lemon Garlic Buttered Salmon

This meal was great for tonight because it took less than 30 minutes from prep to plate! It also was pretty delicious.

I was going to serve it with rice, but my pantry was lacking. So, as you can see, I served it with a butter herb pasta side. Knorr‘s pasta and rice sides save my life every busy night.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Serves: 3 people

Cook To: 300° F

  • 3 salmon fillets with skin on
  • 2 Tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 stick of salted butter
  • 1 Tbsp of minced garlic (from the jar)
  • 1 Tbsp of dried minced parsley
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper

Preheat oven to 300° F. Salt and pepper both sides of the filets. Lay tin foil on a baking sheet and put filets on top, skin-side down.

Soften the butter, add garlic, lemon juice and parsley. If your butter is more liquid than solid, stick it in the freezer for a minute to make it into a spreadable solid.

Spread butter mixture onto the salmon. Cover with a tin foil tent then put it into the oven for 25 minutes.

Once time is up, serve with a carb side.
